Containers take up to much room. Plastic bags, I only use once. So thought I would try these. I am very impressed. The sandwich bags take a single portion of food. I batch cooked enough for 8 lunches. Each bag contains 380g about half full. I removed as much air as I could. Then sealed and once sealed I flattened the bag.I then stacked them top to tail.These bags are stiffer than normal freezer bags and because of that, the bags don’t stay fully open when filling. Saying that, it doesn’t bother me. If in order to reduce my plastic I need to take a little more care and time filling the bags, that’s fine.These are dishwasher safe (top shelf) too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Environmentally friendly bags *by Q***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 May 2020* Great for freezing raw chicken diced ready to defrost quickly for stir fry etc. Or diced vegetables too.
