Is it flexible to support all knee sizes? or is it only for Large size?

It's pretty adjustable but it would be too big for a child. I am a 5'5" athletic female and it fits good. But if your super petite or thin it may be too bulky when your knee bends if your moving a lot while wearing it. I teach Pilates and fitness class with it on.

It this good for a petite frame?

Probably, if it comes in different sizes. It's also adjustable (velcro straps).

Is this a pair or just one ?

Just one. Did the job nicely until the knee replacement!

Can I run while wearing the brace?

If you don't have any pain when you run. The brace itself is quite compatible with motion and running could be done. The brace would have to be worn correctly; lower strap on first, snugly. Then upper strap snugly followed by the adjustment straps. Make sure you measure correctly, 3" ABOVE the knee, around the lower thigh. I will actually cross the adjustment straps so the upper straps attach to lower in the back followed by the lower adjustment straps attaching to the upper rear.
