Easy to Use, and Makes Great Sparkling Drinks
So far I'm still satisfied with this DrinkMate. Setup was simple, it feels sturdy, well made with a sleek design that fits nicely on the countertop without taking up too much space. What I really like is that it can carbonate more than just water. It's compatible with juices and other beverages including wine. Carbonation levels are easy to control, so far no leaks and the drinks come out crisp and refreshing every time. It’s quick to use, easy to clean, and has helped cut down on store-bought sparkling drinks. Overall, it’s a convenient and worthwhile addition to the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it.

Great product
The rate of bottled carbonated water my family goes through and my own Dr Pepper Zero habit, I decided to buy a carbonator. I read an article on CNET rating the different carbonators. Sodastream seems like the go to but expensive. I wasn't aware that there were other brands. The Drinkmate met all of my criteria. Price being the biggest factor, it's rating, and the fact that it's described as being able to carbonate anything. The other descriptions never mention this. Drinkmate offers different bundles. The most inexpensive one is very basic. It comes with a bottle but no carbonation canisters. Drinkmate sells other bundles that include canisters. I got the medium priced bundle with 2 large canisters. The price of buying canisters separately is more expensive than what I payed for this bundle. However Drinkwell sends a coupon and prepaid return label to return used canisters and Amazon and Target also have canister trade in programs. As my pics shows, set up is easy. The directions tell you to wash out the bottle and fizz infuser before first use. These aren't dishwasher safe and I used a pink silicone bottle washer, also purchased on Amazon, to easily wash the bottle. On the sides of the fizz infuser are little black tracks. This is to slide into and remove from the infuser adapter. When opening the back before installing the canister, there's a black cap that comes out and disposable. The canister also has a removable disposable black cap and the gold top is screwed into the back of the carbonator. It's a little difficult to screw into and takes a little effort before it attaches. I bought sodastream's version of Diet Dr Pepper brand of syrup Diet Dr Pete, and couldn't be more satisfied. To me it tastes better than the original. I also put some lemon juice, and crystal light into bottles to carbonate and my family loved it. I hate flat soda but 2 hours after making, my soda's still well carbonated. I feel this will more than pay for itself. I'll update if any problems.

Highly reliable and easy to use!
I am very impressed with this carbonation device! It has been used to make sparkling water (flavored and non-flavored), sparkling cold coffee, cola, root beer and best of all, sparkling white wine. Best results are obtained with liquid that has been chilled overnight in the fridge. This unit has been making up to three 750ml bottles of sparkling beverages per day for the last three weeks and the first full-size CO2 canister is still going strong. The DrinkMate is super easy to use and because it is not powered by electricity, it can be moved anywhere. Take it out to the back yard, take it camping, use it on day trips, whatever! A must for anyone tired of lugging around cartons of seltzer water cans or bottles from the store or for someone that wants to have fun carbonating lots of different beverages.

Check the height of cabinets where you wish to use it.
The machine itself is sleek and doesn't use a lot of space. I am lucky that I have a spot that doesn't have a upper cabinet because it is too tall to fit under any of my upper cabinets. So that is one drawback, and the reason for not giving 5 stars. I am please with the ease of use and proformance. Using daily for a couple weeks now and enjoying my bubble drinks!

Works as well as claimed. Terrific device.
Just got and used. I love this thing. I'm addicted to seltzer water, and now I have on demand. No need to run to store and no bottles to throw in landfill. Works as advertised. I bought this item because it can carbonate any pulp free liquid. Want to try to add a bit of fizz to Pino Gris so a bit more like a Vino Verde. Yeah....it's a bit of a luxury device, but worth it to me.

Carbonated coconut water.
My son comes home one day and says we should get another soda stream so he can make carbonated coconut water. So I start looking into a slew of carbonators only to find out that they all say for water only. You could probably do it anyway, but the soda stream bottles expire so they don’t eventually explode from the pressure so…yeah. My daughters like to carbonate apple juice. It’s quite convenient to just carbonate the mix you have rather than try to figure out how to add things in later without it being too diluted or bubbling over. You can even carbonate alcoholic beverages should you wish. Long story short, I feel like the versatility overcomes the price difference.

Great product! This needs more promotion!
I’ve been researching a seltzer maker for months. I chose Drinkmate because it didn’t need any power or charging, it would be freestanding on the counter and it can fizz more than just water. . It’s easy to use and works like a charm. The only downside is that the body is plastic and I’m concerned if it were to fall over it might crack. So be careful and don’t let the kiddos use without supervision because it’s a costly purchase. Manufacturer should take note and use better quality durable material. Worth the price. Update: had this 5 weeks and don’t know how I lived without this terrific product! Going get one for my office! UPDATE. THIS PRODUCT STILL GOING STRONG AND I’M LOVING IT. 🥰🥰

Beware! Quality and Customer Service issues
I’ve only had the item a few months and I’ve already had issues twice. Customer service process is terrible! The customer service reps seem nice and competent, but their policies and quality ruin their product. The CO2 is expensive and doesn’t last nearly as long as They like to advertise. They make you leave a message and call you back and it took them over a week to call me back on my last call, even though I tried three times during that week. They refused to answer the phone. Here is the problem scenario… It takes a week for you to get in touch with them, then it takes about a week to get the product returned to them, then they say it can take 10 business days for you to get your replacement… Add that up, you’re doing without your unit for a month. The plastic containers are also extremely heat sensitive and can deform just under extra hot tap water. The “infuser” I am already on my third one because it leaks or holds too much pressure and everything fizzes out in an eruption like a volcano.. And FYI, they are in the middle of a recall of some of their plastic containers because they crack/blow up. I would definitely look at other products.
