If it isn’t enough to look in the frequently asked questions where they clearly state that they aren’t able or willing to help customers with anything outside of what they offer on the site. They take it further to be rude and belittling right in the correspondence. Okay so well enough to show the ignorance of the owner. But then when the product arrives to be of poor craftsmanship, gaps on near every ring, to cut the hole to their spec of 7.25 for it to leak like crazy and be swimming around in it.
