1 1/2 CUPS of BAKING SODA???  Was this book ever even SEEN by a copy editor?  Or a proof reader?  You can't trust the quantities!  Elsewhere it calls for as many as 24 Tbsp of aquafaba!  Hardly user friendly!  That's about a 1 1/2 cups!  (8Tbsp = 4 ozs or half a cup.)  Get a conversion chart and do the MATH, can't you?!  ...Tried a muffin recipe that came out like custard -- not bread, or even cake!  ...Kept this book for awhile ONLY to get ideas for how to add more fat and protein to MY OWN gluten free recipes -- and evenutally deleted it.

Ich hatte erstmal das "Keto Bread" gekauft aber alle Rezepte basieren auf Eier und Käse!Dann habe ich das "Vegan Keto bread" gesehen und natürlich sofort gekauft....ABER...die Rezepte sind einigermaßen die selben...nur mit veganes Käse oder Aquafaba!Ich war enttäuscht.
