After loving the Fiber One 70 kcal brownies, I was looking forward to these, but they are a big disappointment.  My diet is keto < 20 carbs a day.  I look out for low carb snacks and don't care too much about massive amounts of protein: just want a sweet, keto friendly snack that is worth the carbs.  I thought "Crispy" would be like Atkins Choc Chip Crisp crispy, or KetoWise caramel and protein crisp turtles...The mouth feel of these is like a Quest bar and every other protein bar: chalky, dry, barely chewy, overly dense that doesn't melt in your mouth or have any crunch.  The flavor is okay.  They are VERY small.  The value for the money is okay, but there's really no value if you don't want to eat them.  If you are looking for a keto snack that is so good and under 100 kcals try Fiber ONe 70 kcal brownies (all flavors are great), or Atkins Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownies.  What is great about these bars is that you will have no problem not eating the entire box.

These are so small that you need 2 or 3 of them to feel like you ate something.Otherwise, they're okay.I would not recommend these due to the high cost and small size.

These taste OK but the texture is awful and the bars are laughably small. I would never choose these over any of the other protein bars I've tried.
