Was very skeptical about the purchase due to the reviews but so far so good! NOTE: Make sure plug into radio then power on or it might not worked correct if plug in while radio is on.

Keeps nosey guest from hearing traffic
Got this ear piece for an annual event I work every summer, after they changed from Motorola to Hytera 6 years ago I was never able to find a proper Earpiece to use with the radios. So it was really difficult to be inconspicuous when discussing things with my Dispatch in regards to unruly, defiant guest. I was using a hand mic and a ear attachment you plug into the small jack in the mic for the past few years. So when It came time for this year's 5 week long event, I had to get an earpiece. And I am so happy with this one, it came in handy the other night when my partner was dealing with some drunk guy who was getting physical to his girlfriend I was able to pull the female off to the side and relay all needed info to my dispatch to send in the Calvary, unbeknownst to the male. And it comes in handy when you are in an area of loud carnival music, allows you to hear things clearly that are being transmitted.

Trust me.
I'm a correctional officer. I had one before but it was not this style. This one works better, better sound, and the other party can hear you. I recommend officers, EMS, Fire, Walmart employees, Union workers, or to anyone in any profession to buy this.

Works well just needs a longer cord
It did function properly itโs just the cord needs to be longer to reach my radio pouch and use it covert like itโs intended to be.

I use this for work in a prison. It keeps all radio traffic discreet.

Great product but I bought the wrong model xD
The product was delivered extremely fast but I accidentally ordered the wrong radio piece.

Cords are weak and can rip out easy.
Used for a few months in heavy industry, cord got snagged and ripped out of the handheld. Noticed the wires are very small.
