I tutor kids who are failing reading.Sight words don't work for them ( a very large number ☹️ ) some of the flashcards I looked at claimed to be phonics, we're really sight words in disguise.These cards are just what they claim to be: they help a child learn to read with the use of old-fashioned tried-and-true phonics.Very pleased with these vowel flashcards. Would purchase more products from this company

Forgot about phonics and some vowels etc., don't worry they help you with that! There is every vowel in this set. The cards are heavy duty. I absolutely love them. I wish there was a way to know which order they came in but no other set of cards have that either. That is all that is missing. There are sight words suggestions, games, reviews, etc. BUY THEM!!! I am using them to teach my 2 littles and they catch on pretty well. I love these... suggested them to my sister and other moms!

These flash cards, too, were used in my adult ESOL class, as well as a set to family menbers w/young children to help in the reading process.My ESOL students liked them because the "word families" & parts of speech, along w/the textbooks, helped w/both pronunciation of English & also, grammar. The cards provide another way of practice.Our family uses these cards w/their young children, for basically the same successful purposes.

This product is incredible! I have a 4 year old. She first learned to read using the Preschool Prep Company products but such product doesn't have enough lessons on vowels and vowel teams and therefore are a struggle for my early reader.These flashcards absolutely and perfectly supplements this missing parts of Preschool Prep. They're very easy to use and even my daughter understood the instructions and lessons immediately. These flashcards are clear and complete and very well made. I highly recommend it.
