I have autoimmune issues that cause severe dry eye and when the drops start to make my eyes anngry during the day...the eyemist is the only thing that helps. Hope all that info helps you. **Q: where is this product made?** A: It is made by Bausch & Lomb, but I don't know where. My eye doctor had given me a sample, and I noticed my eyes seemed clearer than when using Systane. I couldn't find Soothe anywhere at the time until I found it at my local CVS pharmacy and was able to secure it through Amazon. I don't know if that answers your question. **Q: Can you put the twist-off top back on so that you can reuse it?** A: The twist-off top does fit back on the bottom part. It fits fairly loosely though, so you would not be able to pick it up by the top again without it coming apart, or it leaking if you laid the vial on its side. So it needs to be kept upright in something like a small cup/glass. But it will keep stuff from floating getting into the opening. That way it can be used more than once (unofficially since technically they are one use vials.). An ophthalmologist told me, unofficially, to do it with Restasis single-dose vials, when I was trying it so I could get 2 days or so out of a vial. **Q: Do you have eye drops, no vials, with preservative free ?** A: Refresh Relieva is a fairly new eye drop that is preservative free and in a multi-use container (not vials).
