A great surprise find!
If you like okra, you will love these. They're dehydrated, very crisp, packed with flavour, and have retained some of the consistency of a fresh okra. I'm so glad I found these (thanks to Dragon's Den), along with the mushroom variety. A good 2 portions, because they're far more substantial than crisps. Just yum.

Delicious, but quite expensive
These are really delicious. Some possible improvements: They are not currently that affordable as a regular snack, but hopefully this will change if the company expands. It would also be good to see maltose removed from the ingredients so they are healthier

Very nice snack but a bit too salty.

Tastes good, but not a healthy snack
Just so you know it contains maltose so it's definitely not a healthy snack. Better than regular crisps - but still not good for you, especially if you're trying to be low carb or low sugar.

These snacks are not only healthy but so delicious and different to the normal go to of crisps or nuts.

So okra is very beneficial and lowering blood sugar.
And I hate okra so I thought this freeze dried version might be more tolerable. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would like this but I can still taste okra. It's kind of sticky crunchy. It's good as a salad topper. But not so much as a snack.
