Great picture, Great Price
Works exactly as expected! Great upgrade for folks who are still using AV cables (red, white, & yellow cables)

Works great
Good clarity honestly didn't expect my wii to look so good on my modern display. My tv doesn't even have the hookups it has weird little headphone jack esque ports that have dongles that take component. Would recommend this cable to anyone with a compatible setup.

These, are some REALLY good cables
Everything was amazing. The cables where completely clean, and thick enough that they aren't an issue trying to hold and plug in. The picture quality is obviously better than AV connection.. though at the same time it was just also better than what I'd think it'd look like. Installing it was a breeze as well, since it's color coded properly, and makes the cables look just that much nicer

Good picture, works like it should, but a little bit of advice...
Just make sure you have the cable fully plugged in on the Wii and your HDTV. I have my Wii softmodded to play emulators, and I got this cable to help improve the picture on the emulators, but the first time I plugged this into my Wii, the colors on the screen were all washed out. I thought I had a defective cable, and was about to ship it back, but somehow, when I had the r-w-y cable back in, the tv had a black screen for the emulator I was using, realizing I had forgotten to change the video settings back before changing them back, so I plugged the component cable back in, so I could see what I was doing, and the colors were coming in great all of a sudden! So I personally concluded that I must have not had the cable fully secured on either end. Conclusion: It does the job for an affordable price, the picture is good, just make sure you you have the cable fully plugged in on both ends.

Great Value
At first I thought there was not a visual difference with the AV plug, but I then tried it on a different TV and could tell the visual improvement that this component provides. I had remembered that my other TV does not support 480p so it was not able to take advantage of this cable. I also read reviews that images appeared black and white. I experienced this myself but that was due to incorrectly plugging in the cables by mismatching the colors between the cable and the TV input. Overall, I would recommend it given the cost to benefit ratio.

Highlllyyy DONT RECOMEND!
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!!! Got super excited for nothing. What a waste of time and money. I highly don’t recommend this product because it’s trash! It doesn’t work at all! All I got was a black and white color! Please look elsewhere and get another and don’t risk this one. Highly disappointed. Now I have to go waste more time and gas money to return the product to get my money back… smh

Best mod I've ever done to my Wii!
This has VASTLY improved my Wii experience. Since 2012, I have been using my Wii with the included AV cables. Now, with almost all my TVs being HDTV, the 480i output from the Wii was becoming a bit of an eyesore. I decided to pick this up, and it looks exactly like the OEM cables. It looks great, is sturdy, and features some nice, thick cables. They were plug-and-play, and the picture quality is SO much better and sharper, making it well worth the money. The picture looks crisp, and the sound quality and noise levels remain unchanged. Overall, this is a great upgrade to help get your Wii outputting a sharper image!

I'm very happy with the improved image quality and used the following settings on my Wii: TV = Samsung Model UA43F6400AM Wii Settings/Screen/Wide Screen Settings = Widescreen (16:9) and Wii Settings/Screen/ TV Type = HDTV/EDTV (480p) [Note: prior to using these cables this option was not available to select]

All RCA cables connected securely to their respective inputs. The Wii "Multi AV" connector fit easily, without too much pressure needed to insert. If you're looking for the "best" quality signal you can get out of a Wii then a component cable (like this one) is basically it. This cable will allow for 480p output from your Wii + games. Using the "Nintendon't" homebrew software you can also force 480p output from GameCube games (even PAL ones) which is only possible with a component cable (or one of those rubbish "Wii2HDMI" upscalers that basically just push an upscaled/degraded component signal over HDMI). Keep in mind this cable won't suddenly make the Wii "HD" - it's just providing a higher quality, progressive analogue signal. If you mainly use your Wii for 240p content (retro games via Virtual Console, or homebrew emulators) you might be better off looking for an RGB SCART cable which provides a higher quality, RGB signal (rather than component's YPbPr). The difference is you can only get a max of 480i via RGB SCART. TL;DR: If you're plugging a Wii directly into an HDTV and/or mainly play Wii/Gamecube games, use these cables. If you're plugging a Wii into a Framemeister XRGB Mini (or other external upscaler) and/or mainly use the Wii for 240p content, use an RGB SCART cable.
