Review: Peel makes launching easier - Having persevered with a cheap peel I bought an Ooni perforated peel which was so much better for turning the pizza inside the oven and getting it out but I still had occasions where the pizza stuck to the peel whilst attempting to launch it (primarily because it takes the kids an age to load their pizzas...) This board rarely sticks and makes make launching so much quicker and easier saving lots of folded over or spilt toppings

Having persevered with a cheap peel I bought an Ooni perforated peel which was so much better for turning the pizza inside the oven and getting it out but I still had occasions where the pizza stuck to the peel whilst attempting to launch it (primarily because it takes the kids an age to load their pizzas...) This board rarely sticks and makes make launching so much quicker and easier saving lots of folded over or spilt toppings
