KSM 66 is different from the normal stuff thats for sure! It didnt provide me with the extra oomph while working out or higher energy levels in the day but it seemed to have more of an effect on my sleep. All in all serves a purpose but is a different thing from just the normal ashwaganda supplement. Still a great tool to help improve sleep and maximize your biohacking!

Not only did KSM-66, Ashwagnandh, proven the companies claims it saved me over the holidays. First oh my goodness how awesome was it to have improved memory function, seriously I tend to be so forgetful normally but add in the craziness of the holidays I'm spent for sure. It was so nice to have been on top of everything this year and not lose my mind or get sick days later as I normally do on the 26th or the 27th of December. My family certainly appreciated a healthy mama. I'm a one extremely stressed mama during this time. Our youngest daughter calls it Lisa Stressing season. I'm so thankful for the help and relief KSM-66 provided. I didn't experience any anxiety attacks, my memory definitely has improved and it helped out with my ADD. I was able to start with project A complete it in its entirety then move onto project b complete it so on and so forth. Prior to trying KSM-66 I had been on Adderall I don't like it at all, other supplements didn't help me. I would start project A jump to z then f then g then p then q no focus what so ever. Don't waste your time trying different types or brands this tight here is the best one hands down! The capsules are easy to swallow, clearly the company uses high quality ingredients. All claims made by Physician's Choice were proven truthfull to me. I am so extremely thankful for it and would set up a monthly subscription if it were possible for now I have a reminder in my phone and my new planner to reorder. I highly recommend anyone who has anxiety, ADD, or just stress to give this a try. Of course please check with your doctor before you start taking any supplements. I also research to be sure other supplements won't cause issues with each other. Very important to do this just because it's all natural does not mean you can mix and use without reactions.

It has reduced my stress, thyroid lab work has come back in normal range, cortisol lab test was excellent and sleep improved. Happy camper!

This stuff is very relaxing. idk if it was just all in my head but the first time I took it before bed, I immediately felt as ease and had less racing thoughts. I was so shocked. It helps me wake up feeling less groggy and more energized yet calm.

My initial review was 1 star & heavily negative, since there is no mention of the standardization (withanolides content) on neither the product box nor bottle container I received, despite this being a key feature in the pictures used on the ad. This felt deceptive, so I emailed the company. They explained it was simply a harmless update in labeling to eliminate redundancy, and that the KSM66 was indeed standardized to the same withanolides content exactly as described on the ad—clarification I was very thankful to receive. I now understand they are in the process of updating photos in their online marketplaces to correspond to updated product labeling. So that concern has been flushed out satisfactorily. Currently, my 3 star rating has more to do with the actual product/ effects (none, unfortunately, in my case), and also reflects appreciation for the helpful staff. I wanted so badly to believe in the hype I read about KSM-66, but, after several weeks now of supplementation with no marked effects (even taking larger doses than recommended), I regrettably asked the manufacturer/seller if we may proceed with the refund process, and they were very amicable to my request. I mentioned how my disheartening search for something natural to break the hard, decades-long shell of my lethargy & depression continues, and they were kind enough not only to recommend a different product they offer (a stronger Ashwagandha formula), but to go one step further and offer to ship me a sample bottle. Regardless whether this new product works, I have utmost faith in this company now and am very thankful for their compassionate customer service, thus the median-star rating despite no desirable effects yet received from this current product.

I take half the suggested dosage and I started a little over a year ago. It seems to have added some clarity to my thinking or at least I think it has so I have continued dosage along with my prescription medicine.
