First, images (even the demos) are grainy and jumpy. Second, I go to the movies folder as instructed, and try to play movies I uploaded, and they all either say "cannot load", or they load and I just get a white screen. And I tried mp4, mov, and avi formats. Third, the instructions are clearly written by someone with English as a second language. And finally, when I got it the box was actually slightly damp and beat up.All in all, a terrible experience.UPDATE:Updated from one to three stars. Finally got it working (with help from their tech support.) Can only give it three stars because the instructions simply didn't tell me how to make it work.
