Got recommended these by my boss when I found out I was pregnant and have taken them ever since! I love this one in particular cause it has a subtle strawberry flavor which helps taking it so much easier cause the original smell too much like fish. Love taking this cause I know my baby is getting all the nutrients he needs!

So thankful I gave these a chance! I've taken regular prenatal multis before, and the fish smell and taste was overwhelming (or the smell/taste used to cover it up was just as bad)! These? They are perfect! They don't have a fishy smell or taste. While I wish I could take just one instead of two, they're fairly small and not difficult to get down.

Note: I’m not currently pregnant, but I’m preparing my body to hopefully get pregnant. I hate swallowing pills, but I’d much rather take medium pills versus horse pills. So my husband found me this option. I really like this version. I’ve been taking it for about a month now. I love the strawberry taste and the pills go down so easily. Also, I have a gluten allergy and have had no reaction to these. (which it states on the bottle that it doesn’t have gluten but sometimes you never know.) I would definitely recommend these, of course always talk to your doctor first. Mine highly recommend recommended the brand.

A good prenatal, it was approved my by OB. The only downside I had was having to take 2 capsules but otherwise good!

They are great, It has alot of goodness in them. I take 1 capsule a day, instead of 2, because i take a multivitamin tablet with them which also includes Vitamin D %100. So i lower the dosage into half dose, both for vitamins and this. That way i get 50% vitamin D from this product and 50% vitamin D from multivitamin tablets. I also eat a healthy diet, so this dosage is enough to support me. Everybodies metabolism is different, so see how it fits for you.
