Not good
The product arrived broken in 2 places. The sound quality of the tubes is not the same quality as in the video. Nowhere near the same quality. Not worth the buy and the return was priced at $450 dollars. That definitely was not in the return paperwork and the company does not pay shipping.

Great purchase and packed well.
This was extremely well packed. It is constructed well. I love the sounds it makes. I will be traveling with it and the suitcase it comes in is very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. Before you purchase this crystal harp listen to the recording I have attached here. Save your money and time. The only good thing about this harp is its case. If you know what a crystal harp should sound like then this will be helpful for you.
