The stripping has a very strong density to it yet pliable enough to feel like a hard sponge. Some of the weather stripping I've had in the past feels too hard and almost old or stale. This product is strong and does a good job as a barrier. Adhesive did its job, but I did have to re-attach a couple edges. Could have been my prep that caused it.
