I just love it!
Great watch for the price, you can see it at a quick glance in the darkest night, you don't need to look for a button to press to illuminate it.its not bulky, good size i think.i had not tried to dive with it, but i don't dive, so, i don't really care if it is waterproof or not. works fine, it tells the day and hour and I can see the hour with a quick glance in the bar without having to get my cellphone from the pocket or trying to press buttons to illuminate the dial..

Tritium Markers Make This Watch *Update*
The watch arrived promptly and adequately packaged. The watch feels very solid, has an attractive mat black finish and the movement features a satisfying, positive engagement when setting the time and date. The tritium vials on the dial and hands are very bright and easy to read in the dark. I have several watches that have glow in the dark markers sporting Super Luminova and similar products and have read that the glow in the dark paint is brighter. That is true but only for a short time, less than an hour in my quick testing, after that the tritium is far superior. Also, the glow paint must be "charged" by some type of light. Good if you remember to do it but I could very rarely count on being able to read the time on my watch in the dark. I am definitely sold on tritium for watch illumination.A couple of things I've noticed, both good and bad, in the short time I've had the watch:1)The markers on the dial are orange and the hands are green. Somewhat misleading from the picture that accompanies the add but is noted correctly in the product description. I actually like the contrast but an accurate picture should be included with the add.2)The description indicates a "screw down crown" and it does have a screw down crown but there is no screw down post. Not sure if this is just a problem with my particular watch or some strange marketing ploy. Basically the watch has half the components for a screw down crown but with out the post it is of no use.3)My model has the rubber watch band and I first thought it would make my wrist sweat but so far it doesn't appear to be a problem and is very comfortable to wear.4)The back of the watch has a strange, 4 screw hold down mechanism and I'm not sure how water resistant that will prove to be.5)The watch movement has second hand hacking. Simply stated, the second hand stops moving when setting the time. May or may not mean that much to most people but some see it as a professional touch. To sum up; so far I am very happy with the watch and extremely happy with the tritium markers. I am somewhat disappointed though, that the watch does not have a functional screw down crown arrangement. I took a step to increase the water resistance of my watch by applying some silicone grease (also available on Amazon) to the watch stem. I work on watches as a hobby and always use silicone grease to help seal the stems regardless of their type. I'm not sure if the use of silicone sealing grease would void the warranty or not so proceed at your own risk if you decide to try it on your timepiece.Overall, I rated the product with three starts. If I could I would give the dial and markers a 5 and the rest of the components between 2 and 4.*Update*The rubber band on my watch did not hold up very well and after a couple of months both strap hold down pieces had torn away. I replaced it with a Nato style Velcro watch band and carried on.After approximately 9 months, the watch started randomly losing time. I replaced the battery twice but it did not help. The movement is from Hadley Roma, which is generally considered a quality outfit. This may just be a rare defect but because of it I am no longer using the watch.I really liked the tritium markers and may try another watch equipped with them but but will likely stay with a mechanical rather than a quartz watch movement.

Only worn it for a week,
but it matches the Amazon product description, so there have been no unpleasant surprises. Although it's a little smaller in size than I anticipated, I like the boldness of the face design of this watch, the contrasting color of the hands & the fact that you can indeed read the time in total darkness with this instrument. The second hand is not illuminated, however, so if that is a critical feature then this is not the watch for you. The hour positions other than 12, 3, 6 & 9 are also not illuminated, but, with those reference points, there is no difficulty in telling the time in the dark. The rubber band is a trifle lighter weight than I expected, but it's comfortable to wear & I can only hope it will prove to be durable long-term as well. The only real negative point I have to report thus far is that the date window/readout is so small in size that it's almost unusable unless you have very sharp vision. In summary, for a $65 watch with free shipping, I think it represents good value for the price.

Dependability
I wanted a dependable watch that I could wear while in the water. So far it’s great.

Nice enough watch for the $$
Nice enough watch for the $$, and the tritium is super bright. But the strap broke after four weeks. Bah.

truly a great Watch.
More than I expected... truly a great Watch... I changed the strap to a nylon OTAN one and it looks great... the glow at night is superb. I own traser H3 and Luninox and this watch falls far from shy.... and at a fraction of the price of the other two!!!! I already bought another smith and Wesson model... let's see what happens with that one....

No more scrabbing for torch at night!!
The old addage (you get what you pay for) springs to mind.Having that said tritium wasn,t quite as good as I was hoping although quite adequate .I was fed up fiddling about in total darkness for a torch to activate one of my other watches and knocking the wifes undrunk tea all over the place! Now my carpets are safe. PS. comes in lovely aluminium case .bonus!

Very happy with this watch
Very happy with this watch. Bought it mainly for the tritium glow-in-the-dark hands and markers which look great (although you might prefer it with a long sleeve shirt in movie theatres etc. where the hands/markers are quite noticeable). The only disappointing aspect is the date window which is too deeply set back and difficult to view -- helps to shine the LED light from your smartphone directly onto the date window if you really need to see the number, but obviously that's not very convenient. The black resin strap is very comfortable and is another main reason I made the purchase. A cool addition to your watch collection if you can land it for $100 or less -- maybe buying the watch after Christmas was a key factor in getting a great price which makes owning it even more pleasurable in the end ;-)
