Doesn't show up in charger, can't charge through the GoPro either. It's like it's not even there.But unlike the other review I saw, I wasn't using these regularly. Since the pandemic, they've mostly been gathering dust, with the exception of the odd squirrel video. So it definitely wasn't overuse that killed it.It was the battery I last used, too. So around January 2021 would have been when it last worked, and then while sitting in the GoPro, died.For the price though, it's not a bad deal. Really like the options the charger gives me. Maybe next year I'll actually get to use this thing more and warrant buying another battery. It heats up the unit too much and makes it look like something is broken. I sent my first unit back because of that when my second unit did the same thing I figure it's common across these models. If it freaks you out just charge it using one of the other charging ports. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, and Bad *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2020* Charges well and the batteries fit fine in the GoPro Hero 8, but when you insert these a warning comes up on the GPH8 screen telling you to use their battery or some of the functionality will be disabled. Not sure if that’s true, but I am not using these batteries for that reason.
