Great for metal working-especially polishing brass castings
These are a particularly effective tool for removing small casting imperfections in brass. Iโm building America 250 exhibits, these abrasive wheels make polishing brass castings a breeze. Please see photos-these abrasive pads help make polished castings like this possible. See images of flintlock rifle trigger guard . To be fair, I have all the various grits. And 4000 grit emery boards give a mirror finish. See the before & after photos.

Great for buffing Extruded Aluminum
When I'm making structures with extruded aluminum, it is inevitably scratched and nicked before I've finished working it. Attached to a dremel, these are a great way to buff and clean up the aluminum. They don't last long, but the quantity and price makes them a good investment.

Bottom line - good deal for the $.
I actually purchased them for another project and did not need them as orginally planned. I have used them today on an old file cabinet with rivieted brass fittings. They work well. Downside is that they are mostly all not concentric. This out of round could be a problem at dremel speeds. Wear eye protection at all times when using.

This is a 120 grit abrasive wheel and works well for rust and corrosion removal. Use at the slowest rpm possible and WEAR EYE PROTECTION.

Convenient size of package
Work as they should. Large quantity in package is convenient because they wear out rapidly.

The price is low,, but you actually need this many to get your project done. They're probably better for some verrrry light work, but anything requiring some considerable effort and you'll be changing them out every couple of minutes.

Another product that performs well.
I am an artist who's primary medium is copper. These handy additions to my Dremel Tool work well in preparing my works. I highly recommend wearing quality eye and lung protection.

these are numerous in the bag, and no wonder why, they probably last 5 minutes doing a light job at best, heavier jobs are pointless using these
