Quality Japanese Ramen Udon Noodle Bowl with Chopsticks Gift Set 5 Inch Diameter (Dragonfly Tombo)

I bought this bowl because it look smooth and beautifully painted in the single picture provided by the seller, but when I received it I was thoroughly disappointed with many aspects. Firstly, the pictures from previous buyers and the one available in the product description shows the bowl as having two separate holes for each stick of the chopsticks. I uploaded a picture which shows that the "chopstick hole" is one massive hole on one side, and it is wide enough for the wider ends of the chopstick to completely fall through it, defeating the purpose of having a special groove for holding chopsticks. Secondly, the painting quality is horrible. The lines are crooked, the colors run into each other (e.g. the crests of the wave have the dark blue from the background smudged in), the painting is blotchy, and the rabbits' eyes are large, protruding drops of artificial red-pink which is off-putting to look at while eating. The pattern inside the bowl's rim are also poorly drawn with splotchy paint jobs. Overall I would not recommend this bowl for personal use or gifting purposes due to the poor quality of every detail within the design.

Good quality for basic ramen. Bowl is smaller than expected. It surpringly fits one serving (one packet) of ramen if you do not add lots of extras, which I always do (meat, mushrooms, egg, veggies, etc.).The quality seems good. The ceramic is heavy and design & color is nice in person. The holes for chopsticks is cute but burdensome if you pile other ingredients in there. You won't be able to stick chopsticks in hole. Chopsticks are very cheap compared to the bowl. They're like short, cheap, very light, take out ones the restaurant gives you. I easily dented them trying to peel off sticker it came with. Use your own.

I love the design of this bowl (I’m a sucker for rabbits) and it’s well made. The only problem I have with it and it’s not really that bad is the chopstick holes are a bit big and allow the chopsticks to easily slide a good portion through. Other than that it’s well made.

The pattern is lovey and the bowl itself is big enough to fit a while batch of ramen inside love the design. Amazon however FAILED in their shipment I received the package with the flimsy cardboard box smashed and the bowl floating loose inside a SIMPLE PLASTIC BAG with NO support whatsoever! The bowl and chopsticks were amazingly fine so a great testament to its durability, however super disappointed by Amazon's carelessness in packaging this order that shipped to me prime, but much much later than my predicted ship date

The bowl is beautiful and nicely detailed! I can't say the same for the chopsticks though. They came with indentations on them, as well as being very warped. What I really wanted was the bowl anyways so this wasn't a big deal. Also looks like it's been sitting in a warehouse for a long time; both chopsticks and bowl were covered in dust. Just know if you're ordering this, you will need to wash the bowl before you can gift it and you will need another set of chopsticks.

I don't know if "quality" is the right word to use to describe this bowl. Look at these derpy little bunnies! The intended design was supposed to be so cute, too!

These bowls are beautiful and unique.When I bought these, I expected them to be a bit bigger than what they were which was a mistake on my part. But! The designs on these bowls are beautiful and texture, and I do not regret buying these!

I like the detail and the outside of the bowl is textured complementing the design. It’s a bit smaller then expected for my soups but deep still, I just enjoy my broth but nothing against the product because I was very happy with it. Also it came with nice wooden chopsticks which is a great addition. This is my favorite and only ramen bowl.
