Although the size of the stone and the setting is very nice, I was disappointed by the color and quality of the stone. It's not remotely blue, but gray with patches of golden brown and streaks of black inclusions. I have no problem with inclusions, but I do have a problem with the color. It has chips as well. I was specifically looking for blue kyanite; this missed the mark... Edit: I too was sent a replacement without requesting one with a much nicer stone in better setting. I must say that this company has excellent customer service.

Beautiful necklace

I ordered a blue kyanite stone and the one that arrived, was much darker than the picture. Raw natural stones do vary, so I just messaged the seller to see if they could ensure I received a lighter blue if I reordered. Ayana was happy to send me another stone.. free of charge (I was willing to just purchase another.) This is one of a dozen stones I have purchased from them. Great quality, amazing customer service.

Sadly I too received a very dark grey stone and not a beautiful vibrant blue stone as advertised. Product Update......the customer service has been great and I was promptly sent another necklace that appears to be more traditional Kryanite coloring.

Although not quite as shiny as pictured, it is still very pretty and looks nice while wearing it. It's an interesting crystal with impressive qualities. 4-20-2023 - The silver around the stone is tarnished, especially where it touches my skin. I'm careful to keep chemicals and perfumes off from the stone and wire. I tried cleaning it with a silver cleaning cloth. It doesn't help and it is now dull looking. I have contacted the seller and will, again, revise my review if anything changes. It was a beautiful necklace and I'd be happy with it except for the tarnishing.

Absolutely, positively beautiful, and genuine blue kyanite stone, wrapped in beautiful thick silver design with a cute black cord for free! Already boxed for giving and gifting that someone special. I am very disappointed by the color and quality of the stone. It's not blue, its dull and gray with brownish green areas. I was very excited for my Blue Kyanite for the energy and blue color that was advertised.. This stone does not feel like its even Kyanite at all. I have a problem with the color and the feel. It has chips in it and is ruff in many areas. I am very sad about this. I was about to order more from this store and then my necklace 😩 got delivered.
