It has adjustible straps, so you can "crank down the suspension" if need be. Super soft and comfy...much cuter than my normal t-shirt-for-bed. I had bought something similar at TJ Maxx that was "Marilyn Monroe" brand and was wanting a second set and this is almost completely identical. The only difference is the label. This set is super cute and comfy, it is pretty fitted when you first get it so I would say true to size if that's what you're going for, but if you'd like the nightgown to fit loosely then I would order a size up. If this product is like what I previously had, however, it will stretch out some over time. If you're looking for a cute, basic nightgown and matching robe for when you need to cover up I highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Runs Small *by S***L on May 30, 2017* I would have kept however it runs rather small.
