Exceptional Customer Service
Great product, bit even more important was the customer service and follow up. 2 years ago I purchased their adjustable water pressure regulator which has worked flawlessly. Last October while at Yosemite we had several days below freezing. I was smart enough to disconnect the hose, but left it coiled outside. Apparently this is a no-no for the guage. It went all the way around and stayed there. Upon contacting the seller they explained the issue and helped me purchase a replacement. After purchase they followed up personally to remind me not to let the guage freeze. I guess it would have been nice to have received a discount on the replacment, but honestly it was my fault and the replacement guage was high quality and reasonably priced. Given that they earnestly tried to help, and I felt they were sincere about it, I feel good about the 5 star review. This level of customer service is rarely found any more. I would absolutely buy from them again with no hesitancy.

+++ Customer Service
My current gauge got damaged. Contacted Renator about possible repair. A human replied within 24 hours saying repair was not possible and it was out of warranty but they could offer a significant discount on a replacement part. I accepted, the part was on my unit two days later and working fine. That is how customer service should work.

Good quality gauge
This was just what we needed to replace the previous gauge that we had left outside when the outside temperature dipped below freezing by a degree or two. We had emptied the water out of the hose and gauge and left it hanging over the electric meter to continue to drain the hose and gauge. Bad plan, we should have brought the gauge inside. There apparently was enough water remaining in the gauge to destroy the ability to read pressure when reconnected. This new gauge will repair our existing and fairly new pressure regulator. Always bring your gauge in if ti will freeze. Even if you think the water is out of the gauge it may not be. This I now know.

Great replacement
An update to an earlier review - got this to replace a gauge that was obviously failing. Used it for two 5-day trips and it worked like a charm. I would highly recommend. August 13, 2020 update: We've now used this for several trips including a 3-week one to the NW. The regulator never worked this good when the whole thing was new. It is quick to adjust and stays very accurate throughout each stay. If you are having issues with maintaining consistent pressure with your regulator, I would highly recommend changing out the gauge. I honestly didn't expect changing the gauge would make this much difference.

Easy Replacement
My experience after two of these adjustable water pressure regulators is the gauge is very sensitive to below 32* temperatures and the dial “freezes” or sticks at some random pressure. I have no way of knowing how accurate the pressure readings are. Gauge is easy to read, and at $12 for a new gauge (vs. $45 for a whole new regulator) I think it’s good value. Unscrewing the broken gauge from the regulator body and replacing it with the new one was a simple process. I used a couple wraps of silicon plumbers tape on the brass threads to prevent leaks. Works great, just beware freezing temps.

Watch for buildup on the gauge inlet!
This spring the gauge on my regulator didn’t work. So I ordered a new gauge. Put the new gauge on and it works fine. Getting ready to throw the old gauge out and I noticed the inlet hole was completely plugged! Probably lime/calcium buildup. I ended up using a drill to get the buildup out, now I have a spare gauge!

Renator Water Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge on my water pressure regulator quit reading correctly. With no pressure applied, it would read 60 psi. Rather than order another regulator, I found you could replace the gauge itself. With the new gauge installed, everything works correctly again. Saved me about 1/2 the cost of a new regulator and gauge.
