No, I have not had any problems with this product. I have sensitive eyes also. I cannot use anything around my eyes with SPF. That is usually the problem for me.

How does this differ from the face cream of same line?

Derna E Face Cream are ALL completely different formulas.

I do not own this particular product, but my DERMA E eye cream says made in the USA of foreign and domestic components.

Can it help with dark circles

The Advanced peptides collagen will not help with dark circles but we do have a specific product called Dark Circle reducing eye cream which is what will work best for that condition.
