I was having trouble controlling my sugar numbers even on 3 metformin a day. Readings went from 195 fasting to 133. Before lunch 150 to 123 before dinner 156 to 95. And before bed 166 to 110. I am very pleased. You still can’t go crazy with carbs but the occasional French fry or even a donut will not send you into space. Lost 7 lbs too and yes you can eat less. Been taking 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner for 13 days. If I go a little crazy I take an extra metformin. Finally looking forward to my bloodwork, I’ll update with the numbers soon!!

I can NOT say enough good things about this product. I started taking it in July, and not ONLY has my sugar gotten much better (started out with an A1C close to a 10 and is now under 6), but I have also lost close to 30 lbs, and my cholesterol has dropped dramatically. As with anything, ask your doctor before taking, and read up on it, and you still have to try and watch what you eat and exercise. I truly am very happy and highly recommend the product. It is working great for me!!

This product work for me as long I monitor bad carbs I purchase this product 4 times will purchase again they are little expense but are a natural sugaring lowering product as no side effects.

Follow instruction and it will lower your A1C, especially if you want to get off insulin. Worth every penny.
