Perfect exercycle for me!
I love this little stationary bike! And the price point is incredibly reasonable!! It's sleek, compact, cute, sturdy and tucks into a corner of my living room. It's SO quiet!! I can't believe it! I can listen to music, TV, read or watch Youtube while riding. My last recumbent bike made lots of noise, so I couldn't cycle if anyone else was around. I love the simple display that gives me all the parameters I need, including pulse - which at my age, is a good idea to watch when exercising. I target my heart rate. I had to have my husband put it together for me because of the few electronic parts. I didn't want to mess it up. I suppose if I HAD to have done it myself, I'd have eventually gotten through it. It really wasn't that hard to do, my husband said. All the parts were clearly labeled, well packed (in spite of the box arriving opened and smashed). Nothing was broken or smashed. Instructions were clear. Seat is comfy. I LOVE IT!! I'd buy it again in a heart beat! :)

Worth the sale price
It fits well in a small space. It took about an hour to assemble. It is fairly lightweight so I can move it easily to vacuum the carpet. Changing seat position is difficult for me because it’s the entire back half that needs to be moved and the unit needs to be stood on end to do it. The seat is ok, but could be softer. For the sale price of less that $170, it’s well worth it and does the job. If I paid the list price of $329, I’d have expected more.

Fantastic Bike but one pedal failed
The overall comfort and build of this bike is really simple and does the job. After over two years of use the left pedal began to grind weird and the bearing seized up. Tried to remove it and oil it in hopes it just needed some lubricant due to it being a few years old. Also thought maybe dirt or something got into it, but after a wash and application of oil it didn't do anything but prevent grinding for maybe a few seconds. When looking over all of the specifications of pedal size I couldn't find whether or not the threading was 1/2" or 9/12". I bought replacement pedals but went to large going with 9/12" I honestly was so new to this I didn't even think the size was the threading and thought it was the dimensions of the pedal itself. If anyone sees this and have to order a pedal replacement I will update this when I get the 1/2" to make sure that is the correct size. If it isn't than the bike uses none of the standard size for pedals. Hopefully that is not the case and Marcy isn't special.

The seat isn't very comfortable. I put a pillow on it and it's ...
My husband and I bought this bike because we need to exercise and keep limber. We both have arthritis so it's a little hard to walk around the block. We also live in Arizona where it's too hot to walk around the block. We thought we'd do this while watching TV. The seat isn't very comfortable. I put a pillow on it and it's fine. I like the high back. I have back trouble and need to lean on something that gives my back support and this does it. There's some assembly required, but super easy. I put it together myself in 20 minutes. We have it on the "easy" setting for now because neither one of us are in any shape to strain ourselves because we wouldn't be able to walk to the frig. The easy setting is fine. We don't strain ourselves at all. I have a lot of trouble with my hips due to bursitis and I can pedal for 10 minutes and not have any pain and walk fine afterward. If I walk outside for 10 minutes I feel pain. So biking is much better for my hips. So I do recommend this bike for people with arthritis who need to stay limber. This works. I'd imagine any bike would work would though.

Long-lasting, ideal for those with hip issues
I purchased this product at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. Because my hips can become easily misaligned, which then requires chiropractic work, I require this recumbent seat, which doesn't throw my hips out. For an inexpensive way to exercise at home, this bike really did the trick. I still use it despite having access to a more sophisticated recumbent exercise bike at a near-by gym once gyms opened again. It is moveable but is also rather large, so some space is needed. Customer service from the company itself (located in California, see the manual for contact information, and, yes, they actually answer the phone!) has also been excellent when I needed some help.

Good entry level exercise bike
The instructions for assembly were good. Everything went together without a problem. The instructions about the electronic display are lacking. The display is very basic and rotates through 6 different settings (distance, speed, calories, time, pulse, & odometer). The pulse detection compared to my fitness watch reads about 50 BPM too high. The claim that the pedals are self leveling is NOT accurate. They are weighted, but rarely do the level face up.What the handles are for under the display is a question. There is no explanation in the instructions and it would be very uncomfortable to reach them when sitting back in the seat.Once assembled it is not easily moveable. So far it seems to be well built and the magnetic tension knob works good. For the price this is a good entry level exercise bike with no bells or whistles.

Arrived damaged, absolute garbage even if it wasn’t
I had this shipped to my parents’ house out of state so I am exercise when I visit, the product was damaged UNDERNEATH the layers of undamaged packaging, meaning the manufacturer or distributor KNEW it was damaged. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARE TALL. I bought this because it is the “updated” version of the model I already have in my home and it’s just crap: it does not adjust to accommodate as much height as the old model, the handlebars are cheaply made and positioned much more awkwardly and frankly, they just made assembly more complicated by adding a bunch of wires and basically made everything else suck for one stupid feature that i don’t even need because my smart watch does all that for me. This thing is just garbage. If you are looking for something like this, opt for the older model with the rounded chassey and save yourself the hassle of spending hours putting together a product that absolutely sucks.
