Allary 4397 Rectangle Jumbo Sewing Basket 16 Bundle with 811 Sewing Accessory Kit

The sewing basket is beautiful however the 181 sewing accessory kit was not included. When I contacted Amazon and they contacted the seller, the seller responded immediately. I received an accessory kit but it was not 181 pieces that was advised.

The tray is such thin plastic, like you see in packaging for an item bought in the store. It is nothing like the usual sturdy tray you would find in a sewing basket. Once I put some thread and items in the tray, it bent over completely. The inside, under the silk-material, sounds and feels like cardboard. On top of that, in the back, the cover did not go all around the basket, and it looks like a narrow piece of material was used to try and cover the mess.The basket is huge, but this is not worth the cost. You will spend more money trying to reinforce the basket, buying a different tray, and sewing the cover together.

The snap closure is not very secure. A latch of some type would have been more secure for such a large sewing basket. A double handle may have been a good idea too because of the size of the item.

This item does not even deserve a star. Very poorly made. It is put together with glue and cardboard. I was shocked at the price I paid for what I received. Made entirely out of thin cardboard covered with fabric. Fabric is glued on and peels off very easily. If I was a store owner I would never sell this to my customers. I’d be too embarrassed at the poor workmanship and terrible quality. The so called accessory items included (tape measure, scissors, pins, seam ripper, etc.), were awful. Very, very, very cheap. Valuable lesson: price does not reflect quality. Promptly returned. 👎

It really doesn't deserve even 1 star. Very cheaply made. Not at all what I was expecting for $80. One of the hinges was broken when it arrived. Expect the other hinge to break any day. Will not be buying from this seller again. You should be ashamed to sell such junk!

made as well as other sewing boxes.material is attached seamlessly and lightly padded on all 4 sides.thicker on top.pricing is same as others in this size.trim is attached securely and evenly.latch is magnetic .handle seems to be sturdy enough.inside is ok.

Price a little high but it is the largest one I could find. Why should a cloth covered box cost as much as a leather purse?

The sewing basket is just what I was looking for. I love the size and the outer covering.
