It is of a great quality build. The print quality is superb, the features that are bulit into it are vast. It is also EXTREMELY QUIET. I use the printer in a not very noisy environment but also not a super quiet office and half the time I do not realize it is still printing because I can not hear it. It has a high yeild ink capacity. And the greatest features I like about it are the automatic double sided printing as well as the direct wifi to print directly from my phone. However, after three years of light use (approximately 50 print jobs), the printer began experiencing significant issues.Despite trying troubleshooting steps like replacing ink cartridges, cleaning the print head, and performing alignment procedures, the print quality remained poor. A local printer repair shop confirmed that the printer was beyond repair, citing ink leakage and an inability to produce clear prints.This was a frustrating experience, especially considering the printer was marketed as a good investment with long-lasting ink cartridges. The fact that it failed after such minimal use and careful handling is unacceptable.While the initial cost of the printer may be appealing, its lack of long-term reliability makes it a poor value.
