The Knee Pad is not Ideal. *by R***L on May 12, 2026* A nice ab roller. The wider wheel ensures a decent amount of stability during exercise. It is made out of plastic, which keeps it light weight while still being structurally durable. Putting it together was relatively easy as well and the grips are reasonably padded so they don't hurt the hands as your reps increase. The knee mat is VERY minimal ((~1/8" thick) and I found it too thin to add comfort or safety for my knees. I found another small foam pad to use for under $20. If you are doing this on a hard surface or even non-plush carpet, I would suggest getting a knee pad (even look up gardening if the fitness one's seem like overkill for you).
