The Lumber jack saw is highly functional and great value for the money. I'm using for braking down sheets of ply and MDF using an MFT table. I replaced the blades for a finer tooth Trend (48t). So far the saw has performed perfectly. The rails apparently fit the Festool rails. Just beware that Lumber Jacks version lacks a groove on the outside top and this is important as items such as a stop or simliar cannot be mounted to the rail. I have a rail square and this works quite well. Also you can only buy rails of 1400mm which are joined in the centre. The answer is to pickup some 2nd hand Festool rails (1400mm) although I cannot verify the saw will fit ! Eventially if I use my track saw enough i will replace it with a Festool one.
