Beautiful Orchid!
The seller was excellent! Awesome customer service! I ordered this orchid twice. The first time, the seller had to cancel it because it was too cold to ship, (I understood , who wants a plant that is frozen and dying?) they immediately sent me a message as to why. Refunded sale without me having to do a thing!!! Then when I reordered (I really wanted a chocolate scented orchid lol) sent me a baby plant with this gorgeous orchid! For having to wait till better weather. I’ll definitely be buying more orchids from them. It was packaged so well that not a leaf was damaged! Thank you Orchid Insanity for your amazing plants and service! 🥰

Love this vendor
These orchids a wonderful and healthy. They arrive dehydrated intentionally to prevent damage from temperature and go dormant. The come back to life wonderfully and save years on waiting for growth.

Very professional customer service
Onc. Sharry baby has arrived with a bacterial infection on the new growths. I suspect that that was USPS fault because the delivery was significantly delayed and the plant was stuck in a relatively humid, unventilated box for much too long. Unfortunately, I had to remove new growths. Plant is now (hopefully happily) recovering. I have directly contacted the seller and after a short exchange of emails, the owner himself offered Onc. Heavenly Scent to make it up to me. I have agreed. Today, the plant has arrived. It is in a great shape and with two blooming spikes. Overall, I am very pleased and I highly recommend the seller. Very professional customer service!

Bigger and nicer than described
This was a gift. It arrived in beautiful shape and with the start of a bloom stock. Fragrancy from new bloom was lovely. More lovely than I had hoped for.

There was some confusion on delivery dates. I was worried the plant might be distressed when I received it. However, the condition was excellent!

Very disappointed, a little plant for that price! Is was definitely very dry, dehydrated, no flowers, This was a birthday gift, I would like a part refund. Is not worth the amount I pay for it.
