Do not buy from this vendor
We have purchased 200-300 refurbished phones. Since we usually purchase in lots of 10-15, we have ended up purchasing from many different vendors. All previous vendors have a checklist they follow to make sure: 1.) The cords aren't torn 2.) The rubber feet are in place 3.) The screens aren't scratched 4.) The phones are defaulted and certificates deleted 5.) Phone is clean 6.) Many other items This vendor did none of the above. We received phones which had: 1.) Dried food, finger prints, face grease 3.) 6 out 15 torn cords, 3 of which were shorted and needed replacements 4.) 2 had missing cords 6.) One missing handset 7.) Scratched screens 8.) Missing rubber feet 9.) Configuration still on prior owner's phone system You may ask why i didn't just return them. I ordered them and then the project was placed on hold for 3 months. By the time i opened the actual individual boxes to install, it was well past the window of opportunity. My only discourse at this point is to try to warn other potential customers. Buyer beware!!!

We like these because of the Bluetooth capability
We like these because of the Bluetooth capability. However the handset is not quite as ergonomic as the Cisco 7741 that we use. It doesn't feel quite as good on the ear.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this phone, but was very disappointed by the product itself and Cisco support. I'm a small business owner. I've previously used a few SPA525G's and was quite happy with those, but I decided to "upgrade" to the CP-8851 because I wanted something that looked newer and nicer. Unfortunately, when I plugged the CP-8851 into my network, it couldn't even get an IP address. DHCP works just fine on my network, so I don't understand why. I called Cisco technical support, and after they asked questions like "Is your IT department with you?", they told me I had to register on their website to receive technical support. What a poor experience. Other things that annoyed me about this phone: -The headset port(?) doesn't use a 2.5mm jack like the SPA525G does (it uses something else), so all my headsets are useless -It doesn't have WiFi like the SPA525G does I'll be returning this.
