This chandelier is beautiful. It doesn't come preassembled, and there are a lot of pieces to work with. It took my wife and me about two hours to assemble and install it. (We were replacing an existing chandelier.) The only complaint I have involves the poorly written instructions. (But, then, it seems that no one knows how to write proper instructions these days.) It might not have taken us quite as long to assemble had the instructions been clearer, but we eventually figured them out. I can't remember exactly where, but about a third of the way through our work, there was a point in the instructions where two steps should have been reversed. We ended up having to undo something we had just done because it was impossible to do without having done the following step first. In short, I would advise reading one step ahead of where you are just to save you a little time and frustration. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to give this product a shot. I even purchased a used one. On a side note: You must have knowledge of electrical work. Ours had some wires damaged and our maintenance guy twicked-it here and there. Adding additional wires he had laying around. Again, you must know what you are doing to make life easier and not cause any electrical shock or damage to yourself or home. It took about 15 mts to install electrical wiring. One of the candle holders side piece was broken, it's black inside and he used a bit of gorilla tape, all looks smoothly and wonderful. What took longer was adding the crystals. It wasn't complicated and none fell off. It was pretty simple and fun. You just need patience. I enjoyed setting them up to my liking. For the price, it's an amazing chandelier. A must have. Looks fabulous!

It’s gorgeous. On a dimmer. Color gold a little duller than I expected but everyone who sees it loves it

Our Chandelier was a bit to "grey", so I painted it a brushed bronze, and it turned out great. Pros: It's really pretty. Simple install instructions, easy to install, but time-consuming with the crystal. Thoughtful tools such as gloves to keep fingerprints off of the crystal when installing. We put 60watt equivalent LEDs, and it's very bright. We also put it on a dimmer, and it works perfectly, I highly recommend a dimmer. Cons: Some of the risers are not welded straight. It's subtle but the build quality seems rushed. The original paint had a couple spots missing, the quality process seems lacking. Having said that, the quality overall is very good. It takes a LONG time to look the crystal on to the metal frame. I would highly suggest a different mechanism to attach them.

UPDATE: Company responded and they are replacing broken pieces. As I am impatient I went ahead and installing a chandelier. It is absolutely perfect! Just what I wanted! This was my very 1st lighting project ever. Instructions are a vague confusing mess so I advise watching videos on installing chandeliered before you start. Giving it 5 stars! I was SO excited for this to arrive so I could install it over my table. Was bummed to find a part arrived damaged. I was at the very last bowl (small ones at the bulbs) connecting the crystals to find two of the attachments were broken. I emailed the company as it advises on the instruction sheet so I'm hoping I hear back soon. I REALLY hope I can just get a replacement and not have to take this thing apart to send back...smh. It wasn't difficult to put together but it was time consuming. I absolutely love the look. I'll update when I get a response but in the meantime I'm giving it three stars overall.

So, its looks nice, so I give you that one! but the instruction SUCK! not only do the instructions suck but they didn't finish cutting the light covers!! I had to pay 35 bucks at a machine shop to cut the damn chrome pipes! see attached photo where 3 out of 5 pipes are the correct size. So be careful when buying this! its a crap-shoot.

I have very discerning taste and went threw (returned) 3 chandeliers before deciding on this pretty lady. It is so classy and regal looking. My decor style is a combination of glam, old school and modern traditional. This chandelier masterfully strikes the balance. If you have a small space, this chandelier will not overwhelm the room. I couldn’t be happier with its style and quality. My husband and I assembled it (our kiddo helped with adding the individual crystal pieces) and hung it ourselves. No doubt it took us about 3.5 hours from unboxing to flipping on the breaker to stand back and admire the beautiful finished product. The instructions are not very helpful but you can figure it out by studying the illustrations and a bit of intuition. If you are looking for a bit of glam and lots of class, this chandelier will not disappoint.

All the crystals need installed and the chandelier comes in parts, but worth all the time. Gorgeous. Very happy with the product.
