Both my husband (30 years of snoring, C-Pap he wouldn't use after it got zapped at the airport), and my father (terrible snorer, wife has her own room in the basement), BOTH stopped snoring with these. I wear them too! You can sleep so much better, honestly you need to get these, everyone needs them, unless you have a huge nose or something? Why would you be here, if you have a huge nose where air can flow in normally. Alien hybrids need these.

For several years I used Flonase (fluticasone) nasal spray at my doctor's recommendation to deal with my chronic nasal congestion, which is particularly bothersome when I am trying to sleep. It helped slightly but not much. I find these strips keep my nostrils open enough that I sleep much more comfortably without using a drug. I have to wash my nose with soap before applying them so the oils in my skin don't interfere with the adhesive, but they last through the night. Give them a try!

I make my boyfriend wear these when he snores. Gosh, he sounds like a dump truck when he doesn't wear them. I would continue to purchase these, but I tape a tennis ball to his back so he doesn't lie on his back to snore. He's such a good sport! Make sure your nose is clean (no lotions) otherwise it will not stick well.

Life changing, can breath so freely! Wish I could wear them all day. Much cheaper than rhinoplasty. Also much stronger and better than the nude colored fabric ones.

Works well

these strips keep pulling off the skin on my nose and sometimes I can't use them again until it heals. But as for as breathing better it's great.
