Just as the title says. It was good as it was vegetarian

I’m a chap who has had bad skin since 15 (now 48). In fact I was one of the first people in the U.K. to be prescribed roaccutane ( which was excellent). I have always had breakouts since then (not major because roac cleared the worst). I was always looking for a product that I could take to put my mind at peace knowing that I was always potentially just one day away from another breakout. I’ve definitely found it with this product. I use zinc pills daily as that seems to work for me l, but when I can feel my skin getting too oily or bad - and let’s face it anybody who has problem skin can sense when it is getting bad - I take a skin gummie at night and morning for a couple of weeks. They really do work and I have now incorporated into my daily routine. In fact I have now been using them daily for six weeks and I would say I’ve had only 2 spots in that time which were ones only I would notice and not other people. Definitely a mental lifesaver.

These gummies are very yummy! Have to stop myself from eating more as the limit is two a day!I usually get a really bad cystic type of spot on my nose ALWAYS when on my period. I have been using the serum and face wash too. Ever since I started taking the gummies, the ‘angry spots’ have stopped. I still get the tiniest break out here an there but there is definitely something in the gummies that have helped control my crazy hormones and this will be my 3rd purchase now. I scar very easily and badly. I had the nose scar from March. It does take my skin a really long time to clear up but I’d rather slow an steady as I’m just happy at where my skin is now! Didn’t really see any difference and it s very sweet

My main reason for purchasing these was in attempt to banish still getting spots at the age of 38!😩I hoped using in conjunction with the serum I’d see results. I’m on my 2nd bottle & I have yet to see any results but I will update if I do.I seem to be having so many breakouts right now I don’t know what’s happening with my skin!I have though noticed a growth in my nails but they split when they get some length on so I need to buy something else to strengthen them.Upon 1st tasting I have to say I pulled a face. They taste like strawberry plastic, not that I know what plastic tastes like!🤣 But they taste as the tub smells. But you get used to them!I want to give feedback when I see good results so I will update if they work for me. I’m going to persist x

Absolutely worth every penny. Since the start of lockdown in March 2020, working within the healthcare sector I have had to wear a mask every day while at work for long hours. My skin became irritated and so sore. After a few months my skin started to break out which it has never done before as I’ve never suffered with bad skin. In November 2020 after trying so many skin care products and wasting money I came across these and decided to give them a try. After a month I was absolutely amazed at how well my skin cleared up. I’m now on my second month of these and they’ve kept my skin at bay and it’s cleared up so well! Don’t get me wrong I still have the odd one or two breakouts that disappear within days thanks to these vitamins! Would 10000% recommend these!

After losing over 110lbs of weight and being in my 50’s my face looked terrible, and my neck had taken on the dreaded ‘turkey neck’ look. Been using this supplement for a couple of weeks now and I can already notice a difference in the condition of my skin. They taste nice, and the price seems good compared to other similar products that are available. I'll stick with them for a couple of months at least to see how they go and will hopefully continue to see my skin improve.
