Luxury for your taste buds.
Sweetbreads are a delicacy. These were absolutely wonderful! I cut them in small bites and marinate them in white wine vinegar overnight. Drain. Dredge LIGHTLY in flour, salt, pepper and hint of garlic. Sauté in clarified butter til golden. Finish by adding a half cup of Marsala, sherry or white wine. Cover and simmer three minutes. Dra

The smell when I opened the package was terrible.
Was not told the sweetbreads are from older cows and are tough. For the price should get calf sweetbreads.

Just like I remembered!
Yesterday I thawed a pack. Prepared them this morning for breakfast. One hour soak in buttermilk. Dredged in a mix of flour, instant potato flakes, pepper and smoky paprika. Fried them in bacon grease. Served with sourdough pancakes with real maple syrup and eggs. Had Green Goddess sauce for dipping. My guests were wowed!

I was very surprised to find the meat arrived frozen. It was shipped FedEx. My gratitude to the company that shipped it with enough dry ice to arrive solidly frozen.

This is a high quality, flavorful product. They arrived earlier than anticipated and were packed very well in a cooler and still frozen.
