Very handy little gadget. Warning! Kids love it.
Bought this as I am learning to sew. I was delighted with this, and it does exactly what it claims. Very useful for both sewing and when finishing off my knitting projects. I was delighted until my grandchildren aged 3 and 7 found it! They thought it was the best toy in existence, arguing over who was going to wear it first and which safety pins they were going to put on it. So be warned this may have to be a hidden guilty pleasure! You spend hundreds of pounds on the latest toys and this has kept them amused for ages.

Wierd arm strap
The product descrition doesn't explain how the strap attaches to your arm: the outside of the strap is made from pink silicone, but inside that is a strip of flexible metal which curves inwards. The problem is that it curves too much - more than my arm curves - so I couldn't get the strap to sit smoothly against my arm, the ends were always pushing inwards (see photo). It felt wierd, and I could imaging things getting caught in the gap between the strap and my arm as I worked. Also, I think the magnet needs to be rotated 90 degrees: it overhangs the strap quite a lot, which means you can't wear the strap close to your wrist like you would with a watch because the overhanging magnet prevents you from bending your wrist backwards. I've given 3 stars because it does what it claims to, i.e. hold pins on your arm, but I would have preferred a strap that closes like a watch strap, or even a stretchy band like a sweatband. I have returned it and will buy the Prym magnetic dish instead.

A bit disappointed.
Saw this on great British sewing bee and thought it was a good idea. It wraps around your wrist fine but after awhile it felt a bit sweaty. The magnetic pad on top of the wrist bracelet is not very strong, it's ok to wear while you're pining your sewing pattern to fabric but my pins kept dropping of it if I brushed against my fabric whilst sewing, or, If i put my arm underneath my fabric trying to align 2 pieces together. Think I'll just go back to my old velcro wrist pin cushion.

Brilliant design
Bought as a gift for my mum after she saw one on the great British sewing bee and wanted it. She loves it. Much better than a traditional pin cushion on her wrist. She likes how the strap snaps onto her arm too.

Magnetic pin pad
Really handy but it makes your arm hot and sweaty if you don’t have a sleeve !

Saw it on the sewing bee
Looks good and very useful - my only complaint would be the magnet is not very powerful

Just the ticket
Excellent sewing aid. No more crawling around on the floor looking for the pin cushion or holding half a dozen pins in my mouth while I sew the next bit.
