Hi, why doesn't the ingredients section also state that this is french maritime pine bark? What kind of pine bark is this? Thank you.

Actually, almost any pine bark will provide the desired ingredient; however the pines growing on the coast of France seem to be richest in the desired ingredient. Much as any willow (weeping willow, pussy willow, etc.) will provide some aspirin-like compound.

Where does the bark come from?

The ingredient is listed as pine bark extract; however, assuming the label is correct this should be bark extract from pines growing on the seacoast of France (French maritime ...).

I checked the box. It doesn't mention Gluten free.

Whay percentage of Proanthocyanidin does this have?

On the the label it says: (Standardized to min. 95% Proanthocyanidin).
