Can anyone answer if this Castor oil is unrefined? Thank you

refined refers to filtration and/or processing additives; it has no additives to augment the extraction process (hexane free); It is filtered enough to have to not have any particulate of the plant in it; castor oil has no need for filtration other than to remove plant fibers/particles. It is an excellent product and I use it for castor oil packs and in salves and for massage with no ill-effects.

How do you use caster oil to rid voles

I got the answer on the internet. Mix 1/4 cup of castor oil, 1/4 cup of dish detergent in 1 gallon of water and spray the affected area. Castor oil does not kill. The moles do not like the effect on their systems and leave.
