Good for it's intended audience. A timely introduction to one of the most advanced styles of Chinese martial arts in current practice. Master Liang takes time to show the movement with the "flavor" for the movements. This flavor is a necessary imperative for practice of this sort of method, being that the principle behind the method is of greater significance than the techniques used and practiced. If one can grasp this understanding, and is ready for deeper martial practice, this is the figurative hand that will lead the student of gongfu into those waters.
