This is an excellent supplement to take if you are caught having to eat any food that is not gluten free. I especially use it when I am at a luncheon or dinner event where I don't know if the food contains gluten or their are no gluten free food options. It eases my digestion and I don't experience the cramps and bloating of IBS symptoms. I have recommended this product to many GF friends over the 3 years I have been using it,. The capsules are small enough to easy swallow. They are about the size of a #1 capsule.

I have been balancing gluten sensitivity for the last 2 years. Nothing works! Between changing my diet and trying so many supplements, I was still left extremely bloated and uncomfortable. FOR 2 YEARS! I don't know how I came across this supplement, but I'm so glad I did... For the first time, IN 2 YEARS, I'm not bloated! My body is processing/ breaking down gluten (though I still maintain a gluten-free lifestyle, for the most part). In combination with my lifestyle change, THIS WORKS!

These seem to help me feel less bloated after having small amounts of gluten. I do not have an allergy to gluten or celiac disease. I like that these are vegan. It contains several enzymes to aid in digestion.

This is my go-to product to help protect me against being glutened. I don't purposely eat gluten, but when I feel as though I've eaten something questionable, this product helps me to digest it with no issues. It's a great value for the money. No taste. The size of the pill is average, and the bottle typically lasts for months. I only need to take one pill to feel relief.

I am very gluten sensitive and gluten free for many many years now ( not celiac) I learned from another person that this may help others like me enjoy gluten again without issues. I was scared to try it but I did. I took 2 pills about 15, 20 minutes before having pizza. Real pizzeria pizza! 2 slices. I had no consequences from eating gluten. I couldn’t believe it. I have a big gluten meal about once a week after taking these enzymes. I realized that I even sometimes cheat and have a bite of bread or maybe a taste of a dessert without taking the enzymes and I do t have any issues. It’s really helped my body put back the enzymes I need to digest gluten properly without discomfort and pain. It may work for you too!

I have to be honest. I cannot 100% say I have an issue with gluten specifically. So I cannot 100% say this product does nothing for me. But, it does not do anything beneficial when I consume anything that contains gluten. So either it is not the gluten that upsets my stomach, or this does not work for me.
