I'd definitely buy again in hindsight
Mine came well packaged and has no damage I can see. Came with wings to rack mount and a power cable. ChatGPT walked me through making a console cable out of an old Ethernet cable and a db9 connector with screw terminals I got for like $5. I already had a USB to serial cable. Appeared to already be factory defaulted when I powered it up. Really nice switch for the price.

This was a total waste of money every other day a block window until all 48 ports stop working

Too risky for me.
The listing says that the "Product works and looks like new. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee." The product that I received today was scratched in multiple places, had a significant dent on the top, and even the 2014 sticker from China was scuffed and worn. This product should have been marketed as "Heavily Used and Resold." If this product was Renewed in any way, I'd hate to see what it looked like before they fixed it up. So yes, the savings was great, but for me, I can't imagine having my system (and people) rely on this piece of equipment.
