Pill size is a great size and it the gel capsule makes it easier to swallow. Appears to be a quality product at a great price.

I heard on the news recently that about 80% of folks in the USA are deficient in Vitamin D. So I checked the online portal of my medical provider and wow! I am deficient, too. Vitamin D is important for a healthy immune system, so that may be why I catch a cold every year. And the Vitamin K helps with absorption of vitamin D3. This seems to be what I need. Because of my deficiency I was told to take two of these each day for a few weeks, then one should be adequate for maintenance. But DON’T do what I do without getting labs checked by your doctor! If you take too much it could be dangerous, also.

When I have to skimp on all other vitamins bc money is tight, I really don’t like to go w/o Vit D/K2. I don’t like my sons to go without either. For the cost, this is a steal!!! My 9yo can even swallow these bc they are so small. Bc Ive taken Vitd/K2 for 10+ years I can tell you some brands have in interesting aroma. NO SMELL with these. It used to really hard to find this combo of vitamins. Find Vit D anywhere but with K2, it took some searching. Im really happy to see that more and more Manufacturers are selling the vitamins together! It’s really essential to take them together. It this makes no sense, do a quick google search about the benefits of K2 in conjunction with Vit D!

The softgels are unusually sticky and clumped together, making them difficult to separate or handle. I’m concerned they were exposed to heat or moisture. I want to return this product because I believe it is defective or has been improperly stored or handled.
