Brayden Rizo 500 Watts Electric Rice Cooker (Crimson Red, 1.5 Litre)

I had been using Brayden portable juicer for a while and I love it. So I searched for Brayden Rice cooker and ordered from Amazon. Unfortunately the hotplate in the cooker melt down within a couple of months of the use due to some electrical issue at my place. I contacted Brayden (Harkin) and they sent a whole new unit as a replacement. They were quick to respond, and resolved my issue very soon. I strongly recommend great product for three reasons.1) Firstly the design. All these Brayden products are just very cool looking.2) Quality and ease to use3) Last but not least, they have great customer service

Planes are built of light stuff, is what I’d heard. This cooker is made of even lighter stuff.Pros:It’s quite cheap.Really funky color (red)Cons:The entire product is made of really cheap material. Right from the vessel to body of the cooker itself. The vessel is so thin and light that the rice get stuck to its bottom every single time.

Hardly this rice cooker is worked for 4/5 months, from last 02 months im in the contact with manufacturer, they have sent us another motor on 20/07/2020 that is also burned within 15 minutes and i'm chasing with the manufacture till date everyday they are promising they will take care but next day same thing repeating ,dragging like this it goes upto october month and the warranty will be over simply they can say warranty is over.kindly help me to get the replacement of total set at the earliest.

Warm, heat switch broken. Wont sit on heat mode. But working if we long press

Brayden Rizo, It's a Good and authentic product and cooks better and also Power saving model.Less wattage and more savingsLight weight design and good paintwork and all accessories included and steel plate and bowl is reliable

It had so many problems but inspite of that I would use it somehow with supervision. But within two months it has gone complete out of order. It is causing a huge short circuit and the total house is cutting off from electricity with a shocking sound like a bomb blasting. It may cause of accident any time. It may even take your life. So be cautious before looking at this damned product. Very disappointing product. Never buy this product. Sheer waste of money.
