However, despite multiple emails stating that someone had to be there to sign and inspect for delivery, they left it at the end of the 1/4 mile long driveway by the road and never told us that this would happen or that it was delivered. That being said, the seller gave us a discount for the difficulties that ensued because of this. The base of the unit had multiple cracks but because my husband had traveled 600 miles to his mother's to install this, he couldn't wait for it to be replaced. Again, the seller gave us a small discount for this. The manufacturer was awesome! My husband called them and they immediately scheduled to come out and do the repairs for nothing.
