Ah-Ha, I have a laptop in another room and use a dining table chair for that, move it around as I will, BUT that chair also has aforementioned cushions. So this cover has transformed a decent dining table chair but cushioned with unsightly black cushions into a fashionable chair that I use as portable, if that makes sense. The chair is okay, but with the cushions and as I move it around, not so great, covered SOLVED decor. The stuffing was coming out and the leather was both cracked and peeling. Enter these wonderful covers, to save the day! We were looking for covers that didn't look like covers. The elastic ensures a close fit to the chair, and we are very happy. You have to look closely to see that these are chair covers.
