It is a bit stiff to be honest but that is good once you get it bent to the shape you want. Pro-tip: To get it all shaped the way you want, use a heat gun to heat up the parts you want to bend. I actually made a slight S shape out of it and it worked perfect. I just heated up one section at a time bent it and held it and let it cool. It holds pretty well and over time it seems to be fine. I am sure you can't do anything intricate but you can make it work.
