I’m a TV junky and love watching sports and movies at night. I don't want to bother my wife who wants to sleep or read, so I use a TV headphone. But recently I’ve noticed that even if I have the volume all the way up, I could barely make out all the conversations on certain movies. I went to a hearing clinic and got a hearing evaluation. The test results showed that I had some damage in the high frequency hearing range, but not to the point of needing hearing aids. Obviously, watching TV with headphone at high volume for a long time definitely hurted my hearing. I was advised to use headphones with better quality and gentle volume , and relax my ears after two hours of use. The doctor emphasized that it is best to have a hearing evaluation annually.My old headphone is obviously not suitable, so I started looking into buying new ones with hearing protection. I searched a number of options before making this purchase. This product stood out at the over-ear TV headphones which can meet my needs. Other headphones do not appear to have hearing protection-related features. However, the headphone was a new product, I was skeptical at first, but I still decided to try it, because I visited the store of SIMOLIO,they seem to be very professional in this product field.The unit is absolutely what I was looking for! The setup is easy and the clarity of sound is fantastic. I made the tone adjustments to Treble, it works like a charm. I can finally make out all the words with a gentle volume. The earmuffs are noise isolating and more comfortable than my old headphone. I don't have to worry about the battery charging because there is a spare battery always ready in the base. I also like the feature that you can walk around the house and the TV sound in the headphone will not go out. For my old headphone, it often loses connection and needs to be re-paired. This SIMOLIO unit also has some adjustments that can be made to customize the sound for the hearing impaired, so these headphones are also worth trying for people with hearing loss.I really love this product. It is definitely worth the price and I would highly recommend it.

My mom is 75 this year, had some hearing loss and struggled with certain shows even if the TV volume is turned up to maximum.I have been think to buy a affordable wireless TV headphone for her to try it out with simple over-head design.I had to help my mom install it , luckily It was pretty easy for me to install on the TV optical audio out port. it was to watch a favorite movie with the TONE switch turned to treble.The earmuffs are very soft and comfortable.Long battery life and very easy to recharge.She get used to turn to the personal sound amplifier mode by simply pressing the MIC button so that she can hear conversations around her without feeling left out. Be patient , training her to use it is not easy, but it worth the joy at the end. She can fill up her free time , enjoy the TV show now. For those with moderate hearing loss family members , I certainly recommend this.

My dad suffers from hearing loss and the hearing levels of the two ears are inconsistent. Our TV was blasting so loud that disturbed our neighbors a lot. So I had to buy a TV headphone for him. It really was ready out of the box. I plugged in the base and headphones to charge overnight and set it up the next day. I used the optical cord jack set up. Plugged it in and turned on the set and it was ready to go. Watched my first movie and the sound was crisp and clear and I did not have to turn up the volume to be heard over the A/C unit that is right next to the TV. Being in an apartment, I try not to have the TV too loud because I know it can be annoying to others. This set up is perfect for my movies and regular TV viewing. I can still hear the phone ring or someone knocking on my door, so this is perfect.

The order was received promptly. Only been using them for just a couple of weeks, but find them much better than my old Philips set. Its good to be able to adjust each ear to a level that suits you, and the ability to have more base or tremble is great. Overall, very pleased with the purchase. Added Comment: A recent transmitter problem was resolved with a replacement being despatched without delay, excellent service.

My husband, who is hard of hearing uses these to listen to TV. He is extremely pleased with them as he can now follow the plots of dramas that he couldn't before because of missing key dialogue. They were easy to set up but took quite a long time to adjust to the optimum setting.

I am using the optical fibre lead and it is working great. You may need to disable the TV's own speaker for the headphones to work ok, but mine seem to be ok without doing this. Battery life seems good. Headphones are comfortable to wear. No sync problems unlike a Bluetooth headset I have tried. Very pleased with these headphones.

Really good sound tone better than watching the tv on high volume which seems to distortVery comfortable

It maybe the input signal ,but sometimes it cuts in and out i will have to live with it a bit longer but when it works to my satisfaction it is brill
