These seem to be good quality period panties. You most definitely should size up. If I had gotten my regular size, they would not have fit. As long as you size up, they are comfy and seem to do the job. I only wear them as back up, but haven’t had any problems with leaks.

I am very pleased with these underwear. I read the reviews and some said that you should order acouple of sizes larger than you wear. I normally wear a 2×, so I ordered a 4×. They fit perfectly. Definitely order acouple sizes up. These are very comfortable, soft, and definitely helps with leaks. I will be ordering more of them. Very good purchase.

These are the best period underwear ever. They keep you dry, you don’t leak. I bought two packs and I’m so glad I did because these are amazing. I cannot rave about them enough. They fit great, they feel great, they’re comfortable, and they don’t dig in.

They are very comfortable and seem well made. Have gone through a regular wash and held up just fine. They do not leak through if you spot some, but I typically leak a bit more on my heaviest days. I use a menstrual disk and can manage well during the day with little leaks. But at night, it can be a bit more. Maybe a tampon worth. With pads, it will just leak out the sides between my thighs, not up the back or front. I was hopeful that these undies would stop that but they didn’t. It was just as bad if not a little worse. So if you typically leak up the back and/or front, I think these will work very well. If it’s just for a little spotting, thumbs up. But leaking out the sides between the thighs… nope. I’ll continue to use during the day especially on lighter days but need to find something else for heavy nighttimes.
