I am normally I size 3x so I got a 5x and they fit like they were custom made! I listened to the girlies in the reviews and they were right!! They are super comfy and durable. Get them but be sure to size up to at least a 5x if you’re normally 3x size in pants.

These are a great addition to a menstrual cycle kit. Fabric is thick, seams were good. My only complaint is that my measurements put me at the top end of medium and slightly under the size large. I went with a medium and they feel a bit tight and dip into my love-handles more than I prefer. It's entirely on me for this, but I probably should have based my measurements on where the top band would have sat on my body - not on my actual hip and waist measurements. That snugness, however, definitely keeps everything in place. The front coverage for me does not come any farther than a typical overnight pad does, but that is not an issue for me; just an observation. Overall though, pretty good!
